ऑटो प्री-पेड बूथ के समीप हादसा

जबलपुर। मुख्य रेलवे स्टेशन के सकरुलेटिंग एरिया में खड़ी कार में अचानक आग लग जाने से वहां मौजूद लोगों में भगदड़ मच गई। आग की लपटें 6 फिट ऊपर तक उठ रही थी। मौके पर मौजूद लोगों ने तत्परता दिखाते हुए आनन फानन में रेत व पानी डालकर आग बुझाने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन तब तक कार का अगला हिस्सा जल चुका था। इससे पहले आग पूरी कार को अपनी चपेट में ले लेती उसी बीच नगर निगम की फायर बिग्रेड पहुंच गई और आग को बुझा दिया गया। बताया जाता है कि मुख्य रेलवे स्टेशन के सामने ऑटो प्रीपेड बूथ के पीछे लगे पीपल के पेड़ के नीचे कार सवार अपने वाहन में बैठकर यात्री का इंतजार कर रहा था तभी अचानक कार के बोनट की तरफ से धुआं उठने लगा। कार सवार जब तक नीचे उतरा कि अचानक आग की लपटें उठने लगीं। मौके पर मौजूद लोग तथा आरपीएफ ने तुरंत आग बुझाने के प्रयास के साथ ही नगर निगम के दमकल विभाग को सूचित कर दिया। कुछ ही मिनटों में फायर बिग्रेड की गाड़ी मौके पर पहुंच गई और आग को बुझा दिया गया

Jabalpur. A sudden fire broke out in a car parked in the circulating area of the main railway station, creating a stampede among the people present there. The flames were rising up to 6 feet. The people present on the spot tried to extinguish the fire by pouring sand and water in a hurry, but by then the front part of the car was burnt. Earlier, the fire would have engulfed the entire car, in the meantime the Fire Brigade of the Municipal Corporation reached and the fire was extinguished. It is said that the car rider was waiting for the passenger sitting in his vehicle under the peepal tree behind the auto prepaid booth in front of the main railway station, when suddenly smoke started rising from the bonnet side of the car. By the time the car occupant got down, suddenly flames started rising. The people present on the spot and the RPF immediately informed the fire department of the Municipal Corporation with an effort to extinguish the fire. Within minutes the fire brigade reached the spot and the fire was extinguished.
