आदेश के परिपालन में अति. पुलिस अधीक्षक शहर दक्षिण /अपराध श्री संजय कुमार अग्रवाल एवं अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक शहर उत्तर/यातायात श्री प्रदीप कुमार शेण्डे के मार्ग दर्शन में क्राईम ब्रांच एवं थाना रांझी की टीम द्वारा 4 आरोपियों को बुलेरो में अवैध रूप से परिवहन करते हुये 1 लाख 30 हजार रूपये कीमती अंग्रेजी शराब के साथ रंगे हाथ पकडा गया है।

थाना प्रभारी रांझी श्री विजय सिंह परस्ते ने बताया कि दिनांक 22-5-22 को क्राईम ब्रांच को विश्वसनीय मुखबिर से सूचना मिली कि बंगाली कालोनी की ओर से सफेद रंग की बुलेरो क्रंमाक एमपी 49 सी 7960 में कुछ लोग अंग्रेजी शराब लोड कर बापू नगर की ओर जा रहे है, सूचना से वरिष्ठ अधिकारियेां को अवगत कराते हुये घेराबंदी कर बापू नगर मे सामुदायिक भवन के पास मुखबिर के बताये नम्बर की बुलेरो को रोका गया, बुलेरो मे 4 लोग सवार थे, जो भागने की कोशिश करने लगे जिन्हें घेराबंदी कर पकड़ा गया पूछताछ करने पर अपने नाम विनोद यादव पिता शिव मूरत यादव उम्र 34 वर्ष ,योगेन्द्र यादव पिता रमेश कुमार यादव उम्र 26 वर्ष, सुनील यादव पिता राम जनम यादव उम्र 25 वर्ष तीनों निवासी ग्राम हासिमपुर चंदौली उत्तर प्रदेश तथा शैलू उर्फ शीलू पिता अकबर सिंह उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी ग्राम भिडेशा मुरैना बताये, बुलेरो वाहन को चैक किया तो वाहन में हंटर बियर 15 पेटी, मेैकडावल न.1 व्हीस्की, मैजिक मूमेंट 5 पेटी, आई.एम. ब्लू 3 पेटी, कुल 26 पेटियॉ कीमती 1 लाख 30 हजार रूपये की रखी हुई मिली, जिसे मय बुलेरो वाहन के जप्त करते हुये आरोपियों के विरूद्ध धारा 34(2), 42 आबकारी एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही करते हुये उक्त शराब कहॉ से और कैसे प्राप्त की एवं कहॉ लेकर जा रहे थे के सम्बंध में पूछताछ जारी है।

*उल्लेखनीय भूमिका-* आरोपी को अवैध शराब के साथ रंगे हाथ पकड़ने में क्राईम ब्रांच के सहायक उप निरीक्षक गोपाल विश्वकर्मा, अजय पाण्डे, प्रधान आरक्षक ब्रम्हप्रकाश, महेन्द्र पटेल, हर्ष वर्धन, आरक्षक बालकिशन शर्मा, अजय लोधी एवं थाना रांझी के सहायक उप निरीक्षक राजेश मिश्रा की सराहनीय भूमिका रही।

4 accused involved in smuggling of illegal liquor arrested

In compliance with the order. Under the guidance of Superintendent of Police City South/Crime Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal and Additional Superintendent of Police City North/Traffic Mr. Pradeep Kumar Shende, by the team of Crime Branch and Police Station Ranjhi, illegally transporting 4 accused in Bulero, Rs. 1 lakh 30 thousand. Has been caught red handed with precious English liquor.
Police station in-charge Ranjhi Shri Vijay Singh Paraste said that on 22-5-22, the crime branch got information from a reliable informer that some people from Bengali Colony in white colored bulero number MP 49C 7960 loaded English liquor and went to Bapu Nagar. Going towards, informing the senior officers about the information, the bulero of the number mentioned by the informer was stopped near the community building in Bapu Nagar by siege. On inquiry, Vinod Yadav father Shiv Murat Yadav age 34 years, Yogendra Yadav father Ramesh Kumar Yadav age 26 years, Sunil Yadav father Ram Janam Yadav age 25 years, all three residents, village Hasimpur Chandauli Uttar Pradesh and Shailu alias Shilu father Akbar Singh, age 28 Year resident village Bhidesha Morena told, ‘Checking the bulero vehicle, then the vehicle had Hunter Bear 15 boxes, McDowall No.1 Whiskey, Magic Moment 5 boxes, I.M. Blue 3 boxes, a total of 26 boxes worth Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand were found, from where and how to get the said liquor while taking action against the accused under Section 34(2), 42 Excise Act, while seizing the vehicle. Inquiry is going on in relation to where and where they were being taken.
* Notable role – * Assistant sub-inspector of crime branch Gopal Vishwakarma, Ajay Pandey, Principal constable Bramhprakash, Mahendra Patel, Harsh Vardhan, constable Balkishan Sharma, Ajay Lodhi and assistant of police station Ranjhi in catching the accused red handed with illegal liquor.
